:
(1) The Armed Police Special Court will take the statement of the accused related to the case and attach the missile.
(2) If any written evidence is found during the hearing of the case, the Armed Police Special Court may order the relevant agency or officer to submit that evidence, and that agency or officer shall also submit the written evidence as requested within the prescribed time.
(3) During the hearing of the case, if it is seen that something needs to be understood from a witness, the Armed Police Special Court may issue a subpoena to such a witness. But if the Armed Police Special Court feels that calling the witness who needs to be understood will cause unnecessary delay or expense or inconvenience, the Chief District Officer of the district where the witness resides or resides may order that the witness be sent to the Armed Police Special Court.
(4) Other procedures of the Armed Police Special Court shall be as prescribed.
